If you read the wonderful book Art&Fear you will find a section on this very thing. The end result basically is "practice makes perfect" <br />I have found that the small daily paintings I do are a wonderful learning experience. Some days are better than others though and that is the kicker...I still struggle a lot on some and other flow.
