Here's the first painting I did at Gabriels, a tiny town in the Adirondacks very close to Paul Smiths College, where we stayed for the Publishers Invitational last week.
The sky was amazing! I don't really consider myself a landscape painter, but here it is - land, sky, distant mountains and the lone tree. 8x10
