Fast and Furious, Day 12

Trying hard to get a few paintings ahead, as next weeks schedule is a busy one with work.I did this one from the car studio, dispensing with brushes and going at it with knives for a fast, fresh look. I'm not sure it was successful, but I know it was an intense experience. I feel a little bit with the Leslie Saeta 30 Paintings in 30 days challenge that I am just trying to get the painting DONE. Now if I didn't work........and had more time.......

  1. Keep going Girl. This challenge is definitely forcing us to expose ourselves by hook or crook and you are making your challenge even more challenging with your own set of rules ! Wow!

  2. Stopped by to say I like your style, and I am having the same time management issues. Your last statement could be mine!

  3. Anne, I have been painting like a maniac this weekend (in between bouts of housecleaning and taking down my Christmas decorations) because of my busy week ahead, so I understand completely! I am so impressed that you did a palette knife painting in the car - FANTASTIC!

  5. I feel it takes the fun out of it if you feel the pressure too much and I am not good at painting several at a time. Whats the solution?
For me knowing what to do ahead of time is the answer. I doodle little sketches during the evening time with my hubby.
I like the active surface of this tree painting Ann. Full of the energy you felt to complete it. That turned out to be a good thing.
